PPC Retargeting Campain. Which offer the best service?

I’m planning to start a ppc retargeting campain, anyway i’m a bit confused on which service should i choose.

I’ve found 2 company that offer this service in my country: Google Remarketing and Criteo.

Anyone have experience with that stuff? What are pros and cons of both service?

Any advice is welcome! :)

UPDATE:

I’ve done some others research and finally decided to start with Criteo, anyway no cons for Google Remarketing. They do exactly the same things but in my case GR needs more time and resource.

I’m not familiar with the term “retargeting campaign”. What do you mean, more specifically?

I mean retarget clients that have already visited my site. To explain it with an example try to immagine this scenario: user visits the siteA (your site), then he leave the website and goes out on the web on siteB, siteC, siteD. Each of this site (excluded siteA) display advertising with G-Remarketing or Criteo, so will show the visitor ads on a specific products (or related one) they previously visited from the siteA, using information from a cookie.
