No, not the same search engine. They will be merging their paid search platforms later this year. MSN adCenter will be used as the UI and there will be revenue sharing between Yahoo! and MSN (Bing).

Results in the organic are the same…right? So I would say yes. It even says “powered by bing” at the bottom of yahoo now.

Approximately 25% of the Yahoo Search results are powered by Bing.
Bing is also a growing search engine, with Yahoo losing share, so I would expect a higher percentage in the future, though the launch of Yahoo Search Direct could propel them back up (I don’t think it will).
